Psalms 27:3

Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident.

Explanation

The word "Confident" in Hebrew is "Batach" (בָּטַח). It means to be bold, secure, to trust carelessly.

Inspiration

Are you feeling insecure? Do pressures make you second guess yourself? Fear can steal your confidence, but the kind of confidence found in God is care free and secure.

Application for Today

Remind yourself today that your security and confidence can be found in God. His Spirit can sustain you in all things.

Prayer

Father God, help me to not fear others, but be secure in you. In Jesus' name, Amen.
