My name is Julian Arnold, and I’m your neighbourhood theology blogger from London, UK.

I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I live here in the south of England with my wife, Libby, and our lovely toddler.

I enjoy exploring the city, especially discovering new food spots, attending beer festivals (subject to babysitter availability), and checking out National Trust Houses around the UK. I’m also a big fan of F1 racing and love to keep up with the Grand Prix.

Along with my wife, I’m a Senior Pastor at a local and vibrant church located in the heart of South London, where I’ve had the privilege of serving for some time. In addition to my pastoral role, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with a national youth organisation, helping to equip and empower young leaders in theology and ministry in the UK.

I’m passionate about studying the Bible and exploring how it reveals God to us through Jesus. That’s why I pursued a BA in Biblical Theology and an MA in Missional Leadership and am currently working towards my doctorate in theology. I believe that the Bible is an important source of knowledge and wisdom and a powerful tool for transformation and growth in our spiritual lives.

As a Pastor and Theologian, I straddle those two worlds by seeking to disciple and mentor those who wish to follow Jesus. I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact that a deep and meaningful understanding of the Bible can have on our lives and communities. I’m committed to sharing this passion and knowledge with others and helping them discover God’s beauty and truth through exploring the Christian Bible for themselves.
