Psalm 73:26

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Explanation

The Hebrew word for "Strength" is "Tsur" (צוּר). It means a rock, a cliff face, a solid or immovable boulder. God is the solid rock on which we can rely.

Inspiration

Are you feeling shakey? What's rocking you from confidence? We all feel frail from time to time, but in God we find complete strength.

Application for Today

Place your trust and confidence in God's reliability. Pray through your frailty and commit yourself into God's strength.

Prayer

Father God, I thank you that you are my rock and firm foundation. When I feel frail, help me to rely on you, my portion. In Jesus' name, Amen.
