1 Chronicles 28:20

David also said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the LORD is finished.”

Explanation

The phrase "Do it" in Hebrew is "Asah" (עָשָׂה). It means to work, accomplish, fashion, or produce.

Inspiration

Are things overwhelming right now? Is it too much for you to handle? God is an expert at seeing things through. This worry shall pass. It might be hard, but it will pass.

Application for Today

  • Allow yourself to see things from a Heavenly perspective. God has a long term plan over your life and these hardships won't last. He will bring you through!

Prayer

Father God, help me to hold on to you as you continue to work in me and through me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
