Proverbs 12:25

Anxiety in a person's heart weighs them down, but a good word makes them glad.

Explanation

Father God,Help me to be the encouragement I need in my life. Show me opportunities to demonstrate kindness in my words, and Lord, bring me some people to encourage me along the way.In Jesus' name, Amen.
